I'm into my 1st interval session of the season. 2x20's. Went really hard yesterday; today is an off day. Cleaned the house. Yay. Working towards being ready for the Turkey Hill classic May 1. I was going to do a crit next Saturday, but changed my mind. I'll get out and do the World Cup Hammerfest tomorrow am. Hate to get up that early on my weekend but I need to do more fast group rides and that is one of my few options. Besides; I'll sleep when I'm dead.
