Started out to ride. As soon as I did, it started to rain. Bleh. I wussed out. Not in the mood to get cold and wet. So I did the spinning bike for an hr and started then plyo. Jeebus that kicks yer azz. I could really feel it in my legs. Then upstairs to do some pilates. Unfortunately, comcrap deep-sixed most of the pilates except the abs routine so I did that. It's brutal.
