That's what the scale said this AM. That's OK. I pretty much haven't done much of anything physical since Capital Cross Classic in early December,and that's only about 5 lbs over what my lowest weight was last yr. It's back to building some base miles, lifting, and some pilates (I noticed I've really gotten inflexible-not good). 2009 will be even better than 2008. Or that's the plan.
